Our office strives to provide excellent patient care and customer service. We offer a secure patient portal. This patient portal allows new patients to register for an appointment on-line. The portal may also be accessed by existing patients: for prescription refill requests, check lab results, and send secure emails between clinical staff. New Patient |If you'd like to pre-register and request an appointment on-line, please click on the patient portal button. Existing Patient |If you are an existing patient, you may receive your secure username and password by emailing our Patient Coordinator. The patient portal will allow you to access: request appointments, view appointment history, refill requests, access current and past patient statements, lab results, and send secure emails to providers and staff.
